Service Scope

Your IT Infrastructure is the most critical area for your IT Operations as it is the foundation for all other IT Systems and Services.

Many organizations today are not prepared to continue to conduct business when a disaster strikes. Having a solid DR plan is no longer just critical for organizations to operate after a disaster, but are also required/mandated to operate after a disaster strikes.

We work with you and your IT team(s) as well as your IT Service Providers and vendors to collect all the necessary data to build a comprehensive DRP document outlining your IT Infrastructure and IT Services, related to Disaster Recovery. We then work with several specialized IT consulting firms who perform much of the detailed technical assessment work. Our Disaster Recovery Planning Service is concise and very affordable

We typically start our assessment process by asking the following questions:

  1. Do you offer a formal SLA (Service Level Agreement) to your organization, to your external customers, or both?
  2. – Do you have a formal Disaster Recovery Plan? If so, when was it last updated and when was a DP test performed?
  3. Pla Do you have an Incident Response Plan?
  4. – Do you know what you current uptime is presently?
  5. – Do you know your average cost of downtime?

If you can’t answer all the questions above, you most likely need our help. We will work with you and your organization to provide our standard offering or build a custom Statement of Work to best fit your needs.
