Once we complete the above phase, we compile a draft EA plan to review it with the necessary business leaders and provide an Architecture based on one or several Enterprise Architecture frame works which best aligns with your business requirements.
Some of the areas that we review are:
- Regulatory Requirements and Compliances such as SOX, HIPPA, PCI, ISO, FISMA and others.
- We review your Business goals and business stratetic plans.
- Pla Do you have an Incident Response Plan?
- We review your SDLC and other Development Processes.
- We review your Cyber Security Infrastructure, Practices along with Processes and Procedures.
- We review your Business plans to understand your goals around growth, capacity and capabilities.
- We review your staffing needs and plans along with requirements.

- Meet with internal Cyber Security staff to review existing CS environment.
